As a nutrition coach, Cassidy believes in sustainability and habit formation. Ditching the "quick fix" and diet mentality, she strives to provide her clients with nutritional knowledge and tools that they can use to create lasting and sustainable results. She believes that any goal can be achieved by modifying the habits we execute daily.
